Pricing questions
How much does AnswR cost?
Pay As You Go is $44 at checkout: a $19 one-off setup charge plus $25 of call credit, then $0.75 a minute as calls come in, with no monthly fee for its three-month term. Monthly plans are Starter $99 for 200 minutes, Professional $199 for 500 and Business $399 for 1,500. Prices are in local currency.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and you cancel from the dashboard. Pay As You Go runs for a three-month term with no monthly fee; at the end you move to a monthly plan and keep the same number and receptionist.
Is there a free trial?
Yes on the monthly plans: 7 days free on Starter, Professional and Business. There is no free trial on Pay As You Go. The $25 of call credit included at checkout is the trial: you pay for calls, not for the month.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
We tell you before you reach the limit and never cut a call off midway. Extra minutes are $0.60 on Starter, $0.50 on Professional and $0.40 on Business, or you can move up a plan at any time.
Is the phone number included?
Yes. Every plan includes a local mobile number, and most businesses divert their existing number to it. That diversion leg is billed by your own phone provider, not by AnswR; on most business mobile plans it is included.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Included minutes reset at the start of each billing period. If you are consistently well under your allowance, move down a plan or to Pay As You Go; the dashboard shows every call and its length so the choice is simple.
